Haines Electrical is an established Design and Construct Electrical Contractor specialising in the Construction & Service sectors across Brisbane.

Our portfolio illustrates a diverse range of projects, from expansive warehouses and educational institutions to vital emergency services. We energise multi-tenant commercial hubs, lofty accommodations, and dynamic sporting venues with our electrical solutions. Our prowess extends to optimising our client’s distribution and logistical centres, preserving freshness in cold stores, and powering the daily operations of office buildings and service stations.

Due to recent business growth and opportunity, we are seeking a Business Development Manager who is well connected within the Building and Construction Industry to assist with fostering relationships with commercial builders in the Tier 2 and Tier 3 space.

Primary Objective

  • Client relationship management
  • Lead generation and management to set up meeting opportunities
  • Conducting regular visits and calls to an existing client base to nurture relationships
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base

Qualifications & experience

Coupled with your previous Design & Construct project management experience, the ideal candidate will hold the following:

  • Current industry knowledge and experience, coupled with working network within the Building and Construction Industry
  • Current Driver’s license & willingness to travel for business
  • Ability to develop positive, constructive and forward-thinking working relationships
  • Consistent in providing high level of customer service across multiple levels
  • Proven track record in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
